One day, when the young, handsome son of an old captain goes out to get water, he sees the beautiful Belcekız. He gets shot as soon as he sees it.

Fire falls on the heart of the girl. But the boy has to take the water and return. The ship goes away. Belcekız always looks after the shore, her lover. The young man comes to take water every time the ship passes here. So they meet and make love.

One day, a storm breaks out as the ship passes by. The young man tells his father that there is a sheltered, pool-like bay here. The old wolf knows his son’s love affair. He thinks he is willing to smash the ship for the sake of seeing his son’s lover. Along with the waves, the fight grows between father and son. Just as the ship will crash into the rocks, the captain throws his son into the sea with a shovel and clings to the rudder so he sees the situation. The sea turns and enters a cove like a sheet. The boy dies there. Belcekız, who is waiting for his beloved on the rocks, dies by throwing himself off the rocks. That day, the place where the girl died is called Belcekız, and the place where the boy died is called Ölüdeniz. The sea, which changes color according to the progress of the day, may be burning for a boy and a girl.
